As LIU Resorts, we have adopted the principle of the service we provide to our guests and the basis of our cooperation with all our value partners is a long-term integrated sustainability management approach that aims at continuous improvement by addressing Environmental, Social, Cultural, Economic, Quality, Human Rights, Health, Safety, Risk and Crisis Management issues. We have adopted the management system.


The main (declared) purpose of our organization is to be an exemplary touristic accommodation service chain, which is profitable, based on sustainable growth and providing added value to all interested parties involved in the sphere of influence.


In relation to this purpose, targets that strategically determine and support our direction have been determined.In line with our determined goals, fulfilling the requirements is among our basic commitments.  


This policy text contains the basic commitments of the LIU RESORTS Integrated Sustainable Management System and is compatible with other organizational policies, and the system setup has been made accessible to all interested parties.


As LİU RESORTS Touristic Accommodation Service Chain Hotels;


  • We continuously update all services we provide within the framework of the integrated management system, set goals in this direction, make improvements, measure and monitor the results.
  • Within the framework we have established in accordance with national and international laws and regulations; 
                 We identify, manage, adapt and meet requirements in the areas of health, safety, food, environment and sustainable development, human rights, information security, occupational health and safety, conservation and management of natural and energy resources, fair treatment and equal opportunities, promotion of local development, compliance with laws. 
  • In the fulfilment of all statutory duties for our employees and our guests;
                 Without any discrimination (religion, sect, language, race, skin colour, gender, marital status, political opinion, age, physical disability, etc.), 
                     Without getting intoconflictual situations,havewith people of different beliefs,thoughts and opinions, 
                    With respect for trust and ethical principles, We create the necessary environment to ensure staff and guest health and safety, happiness, privacy, satisfaction and comfort, we take and support our actions.
  • We vigorously carry out all internal and external communication measures required within the legal framework and treat all relevant parties within our sphere of influence with prudence and courtesy.

              By controlling the use of energy and natural resources; resource efficiency, impacts on the natural environment and biodiversity, dimensions and impacts on the environment such as greenhouse gas emissions, 
                 Protecting the natural and cultural heritage, ensuring the development of the local area, being socially responsible by supporting the common good and increasing social benefits by contributing to development, We act in partnership with our stakeholders in all spheres of influence, listening to each other and staying in touch.

           We look for ways and implement projects to increase socio-economic sustainability performance by supporting local producers and suppliers and increasing labour performance within legal requirements.

  • We treat the wishes and concerns of our guests according to the principles of transparency, accessibility, responsiveness, impartiality, free of charge complaint handling, information integrity and security, confidentiality, customer orientation, accountability, continuous improvement at the interface with the guest organization, punctuality, and team spirit with proven competence. 
  • To ensure the information security of our guests and staff, we identify risks to information assets and meet the technical and social requirements to systematically manage risks in this direction. 
  • We raise awareness of food safety, environmental management, human rights, information security, occupational health and safety, resource protection and management, fairness and equal opportunity, support for local development and compliance with laws to provide our guests with high quality, safe, comfortable and world-class service that best reflects the LIU Resorts brand. To this end, we provide training and development opportunities for our staff to enhance their technical and behavioral skills.
